What should to do if there is wear clearance for flange type cam indexer? 

Flange type cam indexerr appears wear clearance, the better way is: stop using, check whether there is needle bearing rupture, or check whether there is a problem with the bearing, if there is no problem with the bearing, adjust the distance between cam and needle bearing to achieve no gap contact.
